Workspace isolation
Business records carry the workspace they belong to and are filtered by it on every request. A person can belong to several workspaces; the data never mixes.
Permissions on every page
Each screen names the permission it needs. Roles bundle permissions, menus hide what you may not see, and the server refuses the request as well — typing the address does not get around it.
Audit trail by design
Attendance cannot be edited silently, approvals record the approver and the time, and form submissions are immutable with the version used.
Keys and integrations
API keys are scoped and expiring, outbound webhooks are signed so your endpoint can verify them, and AI provider keys are stored encrypted.
Leaver control
Disabling somebody ends their access, frees the seat, removes them from the company chat room and surfaces the assets and accounts they still hold.
Data you can take with you
Lists export to Excel, and the API is available when you need to move records into another system.

Where is our data stored?
In the region agreed for your workspace. Tell us your requirement before rollout and we will confirm the arrangement in writing.
Can we restrict a manager to their own team?
Yes. Permissions are per role, and several pages are additionally scoped so a manager sees their own people rather than the whole company.
What happens to GPS data?
A clock-in stores the position, the accuracy the phone reported and the location it matched. It is attendance evidence, not continuous tracking — nothing is recorded between punches.
Do you support single sign-on?
Google sign-in is available today. For other providers, write to us with what you use.
